Shipping & Returns
UK DELIVERY
We deliver to all UK addresses with DHL, and standard delivery is free on every order. At checkout, choose DHL Free Shipping (3–8 working days, free) or DHL Express Shipping (2–5 working days, £4.92). Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a little longer.
Every order is packed with care, and you'll receive a DHL tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. If anything arrives damaged, simply email contact@thepetprime.com within 48 hours with a photo and we'll put it right.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Changed your mind? Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Once your return reaches us, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened grooming items, toothbrushes and chews can only be returned if faulty. Faulty or damaged items are always covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
